It is with great pleasure that the board of directors of ICC welcomes Joel Reyes “back home” to the ICC corporate office where he will serve as President and CEO starting in August.
Joel Reyes served as administrator of ICC’s children’s village in El Salvador from 2005 to 2009.
Following that, he was a valued part of the development department at ICC’s home office until 2014.
Joel is an educator and has many years of teaching and school administration experience. Joel loves children, and recently shared that, “Those who know me know of my passion for the needy and destitute, and I am grateful to the Lord for allowing me to serve with ICC again.
The ICC mission is complex, and to ensure a smooth transition, ICC’s current president, Rick Fleck, will become co-chairman of the ICC Board of Trustees and will work alongside Joel to lead out in a smooth transition.
Please join us in welcoming Joel back home to the ICC family and praying for him as he helps to lead this ministry forward.
