We’re excited to announce that the Adventist church is designating November 21st, 2026, as World Orphan Sabbath.
This is a day when churches and members are encouraged to focus on and support the needs of orphan children.
Champion the needs of orphans and grow in compassion and unity as a church body:
- Schedule November 21 (or 14) to highlight the needs of orphans in your service or contact your pastors and encourage them to include a segment (personal introduction and video) or sermon (materials available) on this topic.
- Share the materials below with your pastor, worship team or Sabbath School.
- Volunteer or designate and equip a spokesperson to present the materials on that day.
- Send the video download to your A/V specialist to have ready to show.
